Make a Difference with Meditation | Conscious Wellbeing

Facilitating meditation is such an integral part of my daily work with clients, having combined it with most acupuncture and energy healing sessions for the past 15 years. In my experience, it’s a powerful healing tool to match a meditation that fits in with the underlying patterns we’re working on. It’s similar to finding the right herbal formula or acupuncture treatment protocol that will work best for each individual. Furthermore, meditation can clearly be a path to your inner life, and in exploring that, you are making the unconscious conscious. We naturally become more whole, understanding and compassionate – not just towards others but also to ourselves. In my experience it can make an unbelievable difference in our lives and to those around us.
